Prices are subjected to
- Size of property
- Building and Structure sizes and quantities
- Type of pests needing treatment
- If a property can be driven on or has to be hand sprayed (applies only to weed and bindi treatments)
- If additional chemicals need to be applied that we do not normally use
- eftpos fees apply to all card transactions
Refund Policy
Our company generally does not offer refunds on completed work. However, under some circumstances we can look into an individual enquiry and discuss some options with you
Warranty
We do offer warranty on most of our treatments however if the warranty can be voided under some circumstances
- All accounts must be settled before the warranty can be used
- Warranty can be void if our technicians are unable to access all areas needed during treatment
- We provide after care cards and give instructions on what to do after the treatment if the instructions are not followed this can prevent the treatment from working and void your warranty.
- warranty is only valid for active pest infestation. All our treatments are control measures and clients may see the occational pest here and there. we require photographs of the reoccurring pests to be able to determine if the pest is covered under your existing warranty. Once the problem has been established, we then will organise a re visit at our ealiest convenience and at a time suitable to you.
- If our clients use other pesticides after our treatment that may counteract our products
- if clients have another pest control company come in and treat their property during the warranty period

- We reqiure payment on the day of treatment unless pre organised we do not except bank transfers unless pre organised with our office
- Late payment fees apply
- Cancellations must be organised at least 24 hours prior to appointment or a friday if the appointment is for a monday as we are closed on a weekend. late cancellations can incur a fee
